Dr. Monika H. Groff grew up in the Philadelphia area, she graduated Sum Cum Laud from Ursinus College with a degree in Biology in 1983 and from Salus University in 1987 with her degree in Optometry. She moved to the area after getting married and has been in practice in the Fredericksburg area for 30 years. She is a proud mother of 2 grown sons, both now married and have brought two wonderful daughter-in-laws to the family. The recent addition of her two grandsons has brought the whole family great joy. She is active in her church and with the community.
